United Service Association For Health Care (USA+) is an established not-for-profit corporation founded in 1983. USA+ provides a quality package of consumer and health related benefits previously available only to larger companies. These benefits are grouped into five categories: Lifestyle, Travel, Health and Fitness, Financial, and Benefit, and the USA+ Foundation

The Association identifies the needs of its members and then finds the nation’s top providers of services and products to satisfy those needs.

By negotiating special pricing in each of the above categories, USA+ is able to provide an excellent package of benefits from a variety of recognized vendors.

USA+ donates $2 per month per Membership to the USA+ Foundation which supports organizations like St. Jude Children's Research Hospital®, and has, to date, donated $5,000,000 to charities all over the country.
